Video is the coming web phenomenon and it comes complete with optimisation capabilities.

1.    Ensure the file is not set to "read-only".
2.    Rename the file using keywords.
3.    In properties add (or change) the title using keywords.  And complete the keywords section.

To upload a video to Google use Google’s own upload instructions.
