Bookmarking

Bookmarking takes two forms: it is either another expression for your Favourites in your browser or it is a similar facility (also called tagging) now being offered outside your computer where you not only have access to those you’ve bookmarked but you can share them with others.  

PlannedSites offers the service on every page of its site.  In the top right-hand corner of the page click the Share option and you’ll see all the many options available

The marketing benefits are the added friendliness of the site and the optimisation benefits are the links generated.
